Remote Main Conference

Remote Attendees

To connect to the Main Conference Zoom Session, you must have registered as a remote attendant to the conference. (Otherwise, your remote access will not be validated.)

To then attend the main conference remotely, please register for the Main Conference Zoom Session with a valid Zoom account using the link below. (If you do not already have a Zoom account, you will need to create one here.) When registering for the Main Conference Zoom Session, please use the same names, surnames and email address as the ones you used when registering for the conference. (Deadline on Thuesday  5 April, 11pm CET.)

If your conference registration is up to date and paid, you will receive after validation a new email with your dedicated link to participate in the conference. Note that your link is strictly personal and should not be shared with others.

Remote Speakers

Only remote authors with a valid registration and who have previously submitted a video of their presentation will be invited as remote speakers.

You will automatically receive an email invitation to a Zoom webinar with your personal connection link.

Please connect to the video session 15 minutes before your session.
